Human Resources Business Partner

Title: Sr. HR Business Partner / HR Manager Pay: $110,000–$120,000 base + 15–20% bonus Responsibilities Serve as HR lead for Business 60% hourly 40% salaried Balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution Partner on employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies Manage 10–15 active requisitions at a time, driving recruitment and onboarding Oversee process improvements, compliance, and HR reporting Support compensation, payroll, and benefits in partnership with PEO vendor Deliver training, onboarding, and employee development programs Directly manage one HR Administrator; mentor and coach team members Requirements Proven HR generalist experience with ownership of HR for 150+ employees Leadership experience (direct management or mentoring/coaching) Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, and retention Experience supporting both hourly and salaried populations (preferred) Multi-site or high-volume HRBP/HR Manager experience (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
