Human Resources Business Partner HR Generalist Wayne , Pennsylvania Contract Jun 30, 2026 We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving people initiatives that support business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Provide coaching and HR guidance to leaders on performance management, employee engagement, change management, and organisational effectiveness. Lead organisational development and change initiatives, including restructures and process improvements. Collaborate with Employee Relations on complex employee matters and ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws. Support compensation planning, promotions, market adjustments, and recognition programmes. Drive learning and development initiatives, career pathing, and leadership development. Implement HR policies and programmes aligned with global HR strategies. Qualifications 2–5 years of HR Business Partner or related HR experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience supporting leaders within a complex, matrixed organization; global experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law. Experience with succession planning, career development, organisational change, and leadership coaching. Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
