Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote work arrangement, incorporating the flexibility and comfort of working from home while connecting with clients virtually. The outpatient nature of our practice means that you will routinely interact with a variety of clients seeking support through individual sessions, group therapy, or family therapy settings, employing teletherapy tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized instruments and interviews to evaluate clients' mental health concerns effectively.

• Formulate clinical diagnoses and execute made-to-measure treatment plans that reflect clients' unique situations and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, engaging clients in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

• Lead group therapy sessions that promote mutually supportive environments where clients can share experiences and coping strategies.
\n
• Respond to acute mental health crises with prompt and effective crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to maintain confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate and enhance client-focused care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, the therapeutic process, and available community resources, advocating for their voices and needs in treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of current best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will predominantly involve adult clients and their families who come to us navigating a range of mental health challenges. Given our diverse client base, your role will be pivotal in understanding cultural and social factors impacting mental health. You’ll provide supportive therapy that values individual client experiences, encouraging strength and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Your qualifications must include active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist within one of the following categories: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required to apply.

• Strong clinical assessment abilities and proficient diagnostic skills are essential for developing effective treatment plans.

• A minimum of two years of related experience is required, providing a foundation for understanding therapeutic practices and client engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Ability to balance independent work while engaging collaboratively within a team of diverse mental health professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, offering an annual salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
