National Accounts AP Specialist
The National Accounts AP Specialist handles account payables processes involving external vendors and partners.
Essential Functions
- Enter contract details within E-auto to sync with Docuware
- Review invoices received from dealers to approve, deny, or have revised
- Communicate with internal teams for inventory replenishments
- Communicate with dealer partners for changes needed
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers and copiers.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree is preferred. 3-5 years of administrative experience.
