Required Qualifications:

• Current Washington-issued SLP License and ESA certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school, resource, or program for moderate disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to elementary-aged students
• Manage a full-time caseload of approximately 50 students, including both resource support and the RISE program for moderate disabilities
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to create individualized education plans
• Complete all necessary documentation and compliance requirements
• Deliver services either onsite or virtually, based on student needs
