In this full-time opportunity, you'll empower elementary students—including those in resource and specialized RISE programs—reaching approximately 50 students. Qualifications:

• Valid Washington state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Comfortable with both virtual and onsite service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services to elementary students, including those with moderate disabilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt service delivery to meet diverse student needs, both in-person and virtually
