Institutional Client Group Senior Relationship Manager

Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Relationship Manager to manage and grow a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans. This sales‑focused individual will prospect for and close new business relationships, retain and expand existing customers, sell appropriate bank products and services, and refer clients to One U.S. Bank as appropriate. The Relationship Manager will provide financial advice, approve loans within assigned limits, manage loans, and maintain portfolio credit quality. Salary Base pay typically ranges from $140,000 to $225,000, plus additional compensation based on qualifications. Basic Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of commercial lending experience Preferred Skills & Experience Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large commercial loan portfolio Strong leadership and strategic management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well‑developed analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
