Enterprise Client Sales Manager

Job Title ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts . Ready to #MakeYourMark? We are looking for a driven, experienced leader to grow our client market share for ADP's cloud-based Human Resources solutions within a defined territory. What You’ll Do Grow our business while growing yours. Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen relationships across the ADP family. In addition to selling cloud-based human resources solutions, strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Required Qualifications Experienced: 10–15 years of sales experience along with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions and prospect at the Executive level. Persuasive communicator: Excellent sales skills, skilled in effective use of CRM, and high level of persuasive communication. Results driven: Excellent work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills. Compensation Base salary offers vary based on location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation range is USD $68,400.00 – USD $148,100.00 per year.
