Account Manager

salary: $18.4 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Client & Contract Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute varied vendor and client agreements while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

• Operational Logistics & Dispatching: Coordinate field service activities, dispatch technicians to service calls, and efficiently schedule work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.

• Financial Coordination: Manage work order workflows, generate cost estimates, review purchase orders, and collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate daily billing and invoicing.

• Proposal & Bid Support: Utilize strong writing and editing skills to assist leadership in drafting comprehensive bids and proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

• Data & Software Administration: Utilize Salesforce, NetFacilities, and Microsoft Office Suite to accurately log service requests, track project milestones, and maintain regulatory compliance.

• Cross-Functional HR & Payroll Support: Assist leadership with aspects of recruitment, onboarding, training, and labor relations; provide support for payroll processing and financial reporting as needed.

• Relationship & Conflict Resolution: Maintain great supplier and client relations; independently solve practical problems and technical system issues to recover and retain key business partnerships.
