SAP CRM Consultant

Sierra Digital Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to join our team for a Public Sector client in Houston, TX. The selected candidate will be part of a SAP CRM – ECC to S/4HANA Transformation Project , supporting the migration and modernization of the existing SAP landscape. Key Responsibilities Participate in the SAP CRM ECC to S/4HANA transformation and migration project. Analyze business requirements and design SAP CRM solutions aligned with business objectives. Configure, customize, and support SAP CRM functionalities. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules. Support system testing, data validation, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Prepare functional specifications and project documentation. Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues. Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM. Experience working on SAP ECC to S/4HANA Transformation/Migration projects. Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. Experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications. Experience in full lifecycle implementation, rollout, or support projects. Public Sector industry experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and middleware. SAP CRM or SAP S/4HANA certifications are a plus.
