Opportunities for Growth, Development, and Advancement Awards and recognition Responsibilities Our Call Center Specialist are responsible for proactively engaging with prospective customers; both inbound and outbound, to evaluate their current pest situation and assist in defining the appropriate plan of integrated pest management services. To support our customers and field locations, we have relocated our full-service inside sales center to Parsippany that will operate as a dedicated team to increase inbound outbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, and enhance the customer service experience. What You’ll Be Doing Closing new business through inside sales to achieve budgeted goals Receiving inbound and making outbound sales calls to prospective customers/clients Presenting, proposing and selling the appropriate scope of pest management services Helping region/branch offices meet budget goals by setting appointments for all outside sales inspectors Scheduling client appointments for service Initiating outbound telemarketing calls to obtain new business appointments for our sales team Providing backup administrative support to local branches and assisting with special account adjustments Qualifications What We’re Looking For If you are aggressive, self-driven and enjoy a busy environment where you can utilize your excellent communication skills and inside sales experience, WE HAVE THE CAREER FOR YOU!!!
