Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, creating tailored treatment plans based on a careful evaluation of symptoms and history.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities—to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and therapeutic support sessions to provide a sense of community and shared understanding among patients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering timely support during mental health emergencies to safeguard patient well-being.

• Educate patients regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
