The requirements for this position are listed below: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school• Licensed in good standing to practice law in a US jurisdiction• 3 or more years of experience as counsel, preferably in a corporate legal department• At least three years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating software-related contracts• Ability to translate complex technical, licensing, and business concepts into clear contract language• Familiarity with cybersecurity, GDPR, UDRP, privacy, intellectual property, and compliance issues a plus Working Conditions:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, including sitting or standing for up to 50% of the time.
