Events Marketing Manager

Reyes Beverage Group Sales Representative

Represent an exceptional lineup of world-class spirits, wine and beer — build relationships, grow market share, and elevate your sales career with Reyes Beverage Group. The territory will include the entire Colorado market.

Position Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage, and communicate the supplier marketing event calendar to all key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supplier leadership & agencies to ensure clear expectations and requirements for each event.
• Facilitate seamless execution by partnering with RBG teams, venue managers, and event organizers.
• Attend and oversee key marketing events across the California marketplace to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key venue leaders, event managers, cultural influencers, and community stakeholders to maximize brand presence.
• Gather insights from event execution and propose creative improvements for future activations.
• Ensure proper chargeback and reconciliation of designated events within Tito's budget.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs regularly as part of event setup, teardown, and product transportation. Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree
