Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• At least two years recent experience in field required
• EPIC experience required

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards and nursing processes.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Collect and analyze relevant data regarding patient health or situation.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans and outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide learning opportunities for patients and families.
