Director of Multi-Site Rheumatology Practice Operations

Center for Rheumatology in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Director of Practice Operations to run day-to-day activities across three sites (LA, Encino, North Hollywood). This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly manage site office managers while building scalable systems. You will own staffing, scheduling, patient access, and the revenue cycle, ensuring operational excellence.
