Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 100 national law firm seeking a midlevel Finance Associate to join its Los Angeles, California office. This is a fully transactional role within a sophisticated corporate debt practice, with a strong focus on borrower side lending for private equity sponsored and non-sponsored clients. The firm offers a respected national platform, a collaborative and partner accessible working environment, and a steady flow of middle market and larger cap finance transactions requiring clear drafting, commercial judgment and practical client service. The Opportunity You will work on syndicated lending, secured transactions and commercial finance matters, including asset based and cash flow credit facilities. The role involves managing multiple deal workstreams, coordinating specialist input where needed, and supporting borrower side clients through complex financing transactions. The position is based in Los Angeles and requires in office presence five days per week.
