MLR is looking for a talented X-Ray/CT Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will operate advanced X-ray and CT equipment to capture precise, high-quality diagnostic images. Your skills will be essential in positioning patients, administering contrast agents, and ensuring the accuracy and safety of imaging procedures.

X-ray / CT Tech Job Description

• Conducts both routine and emergency CT procedures using imaging equipment, accessories, and contrast agents, while strictly adhering to radiation safety standards and departmental protocols.
• Prepares patients and imaging rooms for procedures, assists patients with appropriate attire, and ensures a comfortable, friendly, and secure environment. Educates patients and their families about the imaging process.
• Maintains and updates patient, departmental, and hospital records, including both manual and computerized data entry, along with clerical tasks as needed. Manages the ordering and stocking of departmental supplies.
• Performs and documents equipment quality control in accordance with departmental protocols, handles routine cleaning and preventive maintenance, and reports any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Provides backup coverage for general Radiology procedures and is available for on-call duties outside regular working hours.

X-ray / CT Tech Qualifications

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registration required. CT registry (ARRT) preferred.
• Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment required.
