The Bowers Group – A Legence Company is seeking a highly motivated Summer Office Assistant to support our office team during peak business periods. This role is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Summer Office Assistant will assist with office organization, communication, and documentation tasks and will be accountable for maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting processes, and assisting team members as needed. This position requires close coordination with office staff, managers, and internal departments to support day‑to‑day business needs. Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Engagement Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Take messages and direct inquiries to appropriate team members Design, Technical, or Operational Execution Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization Perform scanning, copying, and document distribution Maintain organized filing systems for daily office operations Project & Cross-Discipline Coordination File and reconcile daily paperwork across training, safety, and fleet reports Support coordination of documentation across internal teams as needed Documentation & Communication Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation handling Assist with organizing and tracking office materials and reports Resource Management Help organize and maintain office supplies and inventory Support office team with general clerical duties and special projects as assigned Desired Skills And Experience Experience Entry‑level role; prior office or administrative experience is helpful but not required Technical & Professional Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar) Good communication skills and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality Additional Notes This is a seasonal, temporary position Work is performed in an office setting with standard business hours Minimal physical requirements Training will be provided Salary Range: $18.00–$23.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.
