Customer Service Representative - Korean Speaker

HYBRID: 3 Days In Office, 2 Days Remote
Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is resolving phones and email inquiries
Essential Functions of the job include, but are not limited to:
- Resolve email inquiries
- Complete assigned emails following standard operating procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enhanced written, organizational and verbal skills
- Good computer skills
- Team oriented
- Flexible and open to a continually developing environment
- HS graduate or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with MS Office and preferably Google Suite specifically, Gmail
Required:
- Korean Speaker/Bilingual
