Executive Sous Chef
Noksu, a 2024 & 2025 recipient of a Michelin Star, is always looking for top tier talent in the industry. Our goal is to create an experience for the guest that mimics nobody else and is one of a kind. In this day and time having great food isn't enough to label a restaurant superb. It needs much much more and we believe it starts with the team members who are the backbone to any restaurant. Nōksu is helmed by Chef Dae Kim, a Korean native, who found his calling here in the U.S working at many restaurants, most recently Per Se.
Nōksu offers a 12-course tasting menu served at a 15-seat counter within our kitchen. Chef Dae presents imaginative interpretations of Korean fare through the lens of modern American technique and sensibilities.
The space is designed by Claire Soojin Kim of Team Standard Design. Inspired by Korean ink-and-wash paintings, the space reflects the calm yet intense atmosphere found in a valley. An eight-seat private dining room is located to the rear.
