Who YOU Are You're a dedicated and passionate Executive Chef with a strong focus on creating delicious, high-quality meals. With hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen organization, you excel at creating recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, along with your attention to detail, makes you a reliable team member in delivering exceptional dining experiences. What You'll Do In the role of Executive Chef, your duties will include:

• Food Preparation - Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, and ensuring proper portioning for recipes.
• Cooking - Cook food according to restaurant or kitchen standards, following recipes to ensure consistency and taste.
• Maintain Cleanliness - Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and utensils. Follow sanitation and food safety standards.
• Menu Knowledge - Be able to create a menu, ingredients, and cooking methods to effectively prepare and present dishes.
• Quality Control - Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes to maintain consistency and high standards.
• Time Management - Prepare dishes in a timely manner, ensuring all meals are ready according to the service schedule.
• Collaboration - Work closely with kitchen staff, to manage kitchen operations, communicate orders, and ensure efficient meal preparation.
• Inventory Management - Track and managing kitchen supplies and creating reorders.
• Compliance - Adhere to health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures, including proper storage of ingredients and food handling techniques.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award and will be located OCONUS REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess an Active SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
• Associate's degree in Culinary Arts; OR a minimum of thirteen (13) years' experience in food services including seven (7) years as an Executive Chef
• (10+) years' experience in Food Services
• (5+) years experience as an Executive Chef
• Experience in large food service operations providing cafeteria style or multi-entree operations.
• Experience leading and developing a food service team.
• Experience providing complete, high quality meal service
• Have experience working in a challenging food services environment.
• Experience with maintaining Serve-Safe standards.
