Highly reputable and recognized property management team is seeking a professional Office Services Assistant to support a property management client in their inner office management. This is an immediate opening as a temporary to hire. Upon hire the company provides outstanding health benefits, great PTO, team activities, community involvement events, and much more. Position will require lifting up to 70 lbs regularly and will be on feet 80% of the time. 

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming phones and questions
• Sort and distribute mail
• Maintain office equipment
• Stock office supplies
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Inventory office supplies
• Input data as needed
• Support accounting by opening incoming mail and inputting checks
• Maintain files
• Pull records as needed
• Support Manager with a variety of office projects
• Tracking data on Excel

Desired Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Great listening skills

Must Have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Position will require lifting up to 70 lbs regularly
• Excel - intermediate skills
• BA ideal, but not required
• Over 1 year of office experience
