Collaborate closely with Accounting and the Shared Service Center to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify improvement opportunities and provide well-grounded insights to challenge and support the business Contribute to strategic decisions across pricing, commercial models, margin management, and investments. Stay close to both direct and distributor markets with sound financial analysis. Provide ad hoc insights that support high quality decision-making across the cluster Harmonize controlling practices across countries. Strengthen alignment between commercial and operational teams. Support the enhancement of systems including SAP (FI/CO/SD), Salesforce, and Tableau. Profil kandydata A Master\'s degree, MBA, or equivalent in business administration. 5+ years of controlling experience, ideally in a distribution or international environment. 3+ years of leadership experience, including remote team management. Proven experience as a business partner to senior stakeholders. A proactive and structured approach with strong analytical skills. Ability to challenge constructively and translate financials into actionable insight including strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Solid SAP (FI/CO/SD) knowledge.
