Responsibilities
- Follow up with new and prospective customers
- Respond to internet leads in a timely and professional manner
- Generate appointments through outbound calls, texts, emails, and lead follow-up
- Provide customers with accurate information and direct them to appropriate resources
- Qualify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate sales team member
- Distribute qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Communicate with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Proactively build and maintain a prospecting network
- Log all customer activity accurately in the CRM
- Manage daily follow-up tasks and lead activity
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Customer service experience preferred
- Call center or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, grow, and follow proven processes
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
