Job Overview A law firm is seeking a full-time Attorney for an on-site position in Moorestown, New Jersey. The attorney will manage a caseload involving plaintiff-side personal injury and workers' compensation matters. The role includes legal research, document preparation, client counseling, negotiations, depositions, hearings, and other proceedings. The position provides direct client interaction and requires effective collaboration with other attorneys on litigation matters. Duties Manage a caseload involving plaintiff-side personal injury and workers' compensation matters. Advise clients regarding their claims, legal options, and case developments. Conduct legal research involving case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary authorities. Draft and review pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepare clients and cases for depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings. Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and other proceedings as appropriate. Negotiate with opposing parties and other stakeholders on behalf of clients. Develop case strategies based on applicable law and the circumstances of each matter. Maintain accurate and organized case files. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of filings and other case requirements. Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal and factual issues. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court requirements, and professional standards. Requirements Experience or demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side personal injury and workers' compensation matters. Prior experience in personal injury or workers' compensation litigation is preferred but not required. Active bar admission in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Strong legal research and analytical abilities. Experience drafting motions and other legal documents. Ability to provide clear and practical legal advice. Strong negotiation and client representation abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Commitment to professional ethics and high-quality client service. Ability to work collaboratively within a small firm environment.
