Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient needs to ensure effective and adaptive care plans are developed and implemented in cooperation with both the patient and their caregivers.

• Design individualized care plans based on thorough assessments, involving collaborative goal-setting with physicians and stakeholders.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, crisis counseling, and support to individuals, families, and groups tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging individual psychotherapy sessions and group therapy discussions to encourage healing and personal development.

• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and established Mental Health and Substance Use Standards, while working within the therapist's scope of practice.

• Assess client functionality across various aspects of their lives, including work, family, and daily routines, to identify areas requiring additional support or resources.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments to formulate tailored care plans addressing both patient and caregiver needs.

• Establish measurable goals and regularly assess progress to ensure clients are on the right path to recovery.

• Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to the evolving needs of patients and families in a therapeutic setting.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population dealing with a range of behavioral issues, including acute mental health conditions, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
