The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Office Clerk . This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton's River Oaks KIA , the Office Clerk will be responsible for assisting with general office duties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Clerical and office duties
- Use of Excel
- Filing and scanning
- Auditing deals
- Accounting duties
- Backup cashier as needed
- Perform any other special duties as requested by Office Manager
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- CDK experience a plus
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
