The Anthony Shine Agency with Farmers Insurance is looking for a licensed Insurance Sales Producer & Customer Experience Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines new business sales with delivering an exceptional client experience after the sale.

We’re looking for someone who is driven to win new business while also building long-term relationships with our clients. You’ll spend part of your time generating new business and the other part ensuring new clients have a seamless onboarding experience, understand their coverages, and receive regular policy reviews to identify additional protection opportunities.

This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive base pay, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

Sales Producer (Approximately 50%)

• Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and cross-selling.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals.

Customer Experience Manager (Approximately 50%)

• Welcome and onboard all new clients to ensure a smooth transition into the agency.
• Review policies with clients to ensure they understand their coverages and benefits.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Conduct annual policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Cross-sell Life, Umbrella, Business, and other insurance products based on client needs.
• Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and claims support while coordinating with the service team.
• Help improve client retention through outstanding customer care.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sales, closing, and customer service abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for referrals
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn agency technology and CRM systems
