Business Analyst IIParticipation in the planning and execution of the day-to-day commercial operations activities for the Winthrop and Legacy Brand U.S. portfolio.Duties include:Assisting with pricing analysisManaging pricing updates and correctionsAssisting with contract development, implementation, administration and complianceAssisting with ad-hoc detailed analysisManage customer requests (including tracking to ensure completion/resolution)Manage customer deductions (including validation of deductions and disputes when necessary)Monitor customer returns levelsLiaison with various business partners including customer service, order management, reverse logistics, supply chain and financeSkills:1-3 years comparable industry experienceStrong organizational skill setStrong communication skillsIntermediate to advanced level Microsoft office suite including excel and PowerPointBackground in contract administration
