COMPANY Maura Healey for Governor DEPARTMENT Finance EMPLOYMENT TYPE Campaign JOB DESCRIPTION The Maura Healey Committee is seeking a full-time Finance Assistant . This role will serve as a member of the finance team for Governor Maura Healey's reelection campaign, working with staff to assist in raising contributions and facilitating daily fundraising operations. This position is ideal for both recent college graduates and individuals with at least some previous campaign experience. Responsibilities Identifying and researching donor prospects Maintaining database and event spreadsheets. Contacting potential donors via phone and email. Drafting donor correspondence, including emails, call scripts, and thank you letters. Staffing virtual and in-person fundraising events. Processing contributions and assisting with donor follow-up to ensure compliance. Managing other administrative tasks related to fundraising, including drafting briefing materials, event invites, and call time preparation. Other duties as needed. Requirements While this position is entry level, some political campaign experience is preferred, even if at the internship or volunteer level. Possess strong communication and organizational skills, including high attention to detail. Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to think on your feet. Knowledge of NGP preferred.
