Bookkeeper PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks skills to support our day-to-day financial record-keeping. This role ensures accurate entry and maintenance of financial data, smooth processing of transactions, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop version)Record daily transactions including invoices, payments, receipts, and expensesManage accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthlyPrepare basic financial reports including balance sheets and P&L summariesMaintain organized digital and physical financial filesSupport payroll preparation by ensuring accurate hours/records (if applicable)Assist with vendor and customer account updatesMonitor due dates for payments and follow up as neededProvide administrative support for financial audits or year-end closeWork closely with management to ensure financial data accuracy
