Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a tailored caseload of clients, establishing meaningful relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess and review client progress, facilitate stability, and determine appropriate discharge plans as necessary.
\n
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans for each client.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to understand their needs and establish goals.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Participate proactively in supervision, seeking guidance and support to enhance clinical practice.
\n
• Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, ensuring integrated care for clients.

• Promote a growth mindset, continuously developing professional skills and adapting techniques as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a varied outpatient population, engaging with clients across different ages and backgrounds. This role requires a nuanced understanding of mental health challenges faced by individuals and families, thus prioritizing a client-centered approach that respects diversity and individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is required.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including but not limited to Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, promoting their mental health and well-being.

• Comfort and proficiency in conducting intake assessments, ensuring accurate evaluations of client needs.
