Accountant

Job Overview Our client, a reputable property management company , is seeking a detail-oriented and driven In-House Accountant to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, and general ledger maintenance Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management Prepare and monitor budgets for properties under management Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations Collaborate with property managers and leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations Support annual audits and tax filings by coordinating with external accountants Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required) 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or a related industry Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team To be considered directly for this position, reach out to Shelby at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Agency Recruiting
