Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Int/Ext Reports, Models, located in Raynham, MA, West Chester, Pennsylvania, and Raritan, NJ, United States.

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategy, governance, and delivery of internal and external reporting and analytical models that support business performance, compliance, and executive decision-making. The Sr. Manager will play a critical role in ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, and transparency while advancing scalable, forward-looking analytics that inform strategic priorities across DePuy Synthes. This position offers the opportunity to influence how data and insights are used across the organization during a period of transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing governance ofinternal and external reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance offinancial, operational, and analytical modelsthat support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making.

• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, andTechnology teams to align reporting outputs with businessobjectivesand stakeholder needs.

• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

• Establish and enforce data quality standards, controls, and documentation to ensure audit-ready reporting and sustainable processes.

• Drive continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance analytical capabilities.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Education

• Required:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, ora relatedfield.

• Preferred:Master's degree (MBA, MS in Analytics, Finance, or similar).

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Typically8-10 yearsof progressive experienceinreporting, analytics, financial modeling, or a related discipline, withdemonstratedleadership responsibility.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large, complex data sets.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

• Experience supportingregulated or public-company reporting environments.

• Advancedproficiencywith reporting, visualization, and modeling tools (e.g., BI platforms, financial planning systems).

• Proven experience delivering executive-level internal and external reports in a complex, matrixed organization.

• Experience driving process standardization and automation initiatives.

• Prior experience within MedTech, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
