- Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounts payable functions.
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies on vendor statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls related to disbursements.
- Assist in month-end close processes related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve invoice issues.
- Provide guidance and support to junior AP staff, as needed.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
