Job Details

We are seeking a senior litigation attorney to join our team in a Counsel or Partner capacity. In this role, you will work on complex, high-exposure disputes across a range of subject areas and play a meaningful role in case strategy, client interaction, and matter execution. This position is well-suited for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of sophisticated litigation while also collaborating closely with a lean, experienced team. We are open to candidates who bring deep subject-matter experience as well as those continuing to build a practice within a strong litigation platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution
• Develop case strategy, including managing discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Handle depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with clients, experts, and internal team members on case development
• Oversee and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff as needed
• Contribute to business development efforts, including maintaining and growing client relationships where applicable

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling complex litigation matters, including high-stakes disputes
• Strong background in areas such as commercial litigation, product liability, environmental matters, or similarly complex case types
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and work directly with clients
• Experience with expert-driven matters, including scientific or technical issues, is preferred
• Prior trial or significant courtroom experience is highly valued
• A portable book of business is welcome but not required

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Proven ability to handle sophisticated litigation with minimal supervision
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Interest in taking on meaningful responsibility within a focused litigation platform
