Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity delivering specialized occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in the greater Salem area. This onsite, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is perfect for passionate professionals eager to make a meaningful impact within an engaging school environment. Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience or strong interest in serving K–12 student populations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
• The ability to effectively manage a varied caseload across multiple sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services as outlined in student IEPs and based on assessed needs
• Conduct comprehensive student assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Provide resources and training for school staff to further student development
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with regulations
• Safely and efficiently manage travel between assigned campuses as an itinerant provider
