Qualifications and Desired Background:

• Adaptability and creativity in supporting varied caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ abilities and needs within the educational environment
• Create and execute individualized therapy plans to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to monitor goals and progress
• Document interventions, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer strategies and resources that enable student success and independence within their school day
