We are partnering with a Dynamic and results-driven client looking for a contract Human Resources Manager with a proven track record of championing day-to-day HR operations within fast-paced, demanding environments of a 200+ employee firm . Adept at overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from strategic onboarding and complex credentialing to compliance management and employee relations. This role Combines a deep knowledge of employment law with exceptional technical aptitude to streamline HRIS processes, mitigate risk, and support organizational growth. Professional Experience Key Responsibilities Champion day-to-day HR operations, serving as the primary touchpoint for a bustling, high-velocity workforce of over 300 personnel. Direct the end-to-end employee onboarding infrastructure, including leading comprehensive new hire orientations and driving positive day-one cultural integration. Oversee background checks, eligibility verifications, and specialized, high-stakes compliance processes such as hospital credentialing. Act as the first point of contact for employment-related inquiries from applicants, staff, and supervisors; effectively triage and resolve routine issues while scaling sensitive matters appropriately. Execute core human resource programs, ensuring high-quality delivery of benefits, performance tracking, and internal policy enforcement. Maintain rigorous compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; actively monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging HR technologies to future-proof operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree backed by 3–5+ years of progressive, hands‑on Human Resources experience. Deep, practical knowledge of human resource laws, compliance frameworks, and progressive workplace policies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with an ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive data with absolute professionalism. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines in demanding, fast-paced environments. Advanced proficiency across HRIS architectures and the complete MS Office Suite (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint), alongside a strong adaptability to new enterprise technologies.
