Benefits: Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off About the Role Ace Appliance Sales & Service is seeking a high-performing Appliance Sales Consultant to join our growing showroom team. This is a sales-first position for someone who thrives on helping customers, closing deals, and growing revenue—while also being comfortable in a hands-on retail environment. Ace Appliance serves over 20,000 customers per year, and as our sales department grows, so will your opportunities. What You’ll Do Primary Focus (Sales – ~80–90%) Assist customers in selecting major appliances that fit their needs and budgets Build trust through product knowledge, recommendations, and excellent customer service Close sales and earn commissions on appliances and protection plans Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Additional Responsibilities (Physical / Operational Support) Move and stage appliances within the showroom Assist with receiving appliance deliveries as needed Occasionally support delivery and installation teams during staffing shortages or peak times Note: This is not a delivery-driver role, but candidates must be physically capable of safely moving large appliances when required.
