ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of output.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows.Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
