Document Specialist

Dover, DE 6 Months - Temp to Perm 9-5 or 10-6 100% onsite 6 months with potential to extend/convert ideally looking for a pay rate of $19, conversion rate is $19.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to and collaborate with other company corporate team members.
• Respond and resolve incoming vendor requests, queries, issues, and concerns via phone and email.
• Manage the order process efficiently alongside other company corporate team members, from initial request through processing, and during follow-up investigations and order fulfillment.
• Obtain certificates of status with both the state and/or revenue departments, conduct name availability and status searches, produce verbal bring-down reports, file/track name reservations and registrations, and obtain copies of miscellaneous public record documents.
• Handle corporate filings including preparation, review, and filing of articles of incorporation/organization, amendments, DBA/assumed business names, newspaper publications, and annual reports.
• Perform any other duties of similar or lesser nature as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a positive team player and effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to multi-task, accept directions well, possess a strong attention to detail, and manage time wisely.
• Computer literate with intermediate level skills in MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Able to be self-directed and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ensure superior customer service is always provided and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ years' experience in corporate services/registered agent industry preferred.
• Knowledge of general corporate services and/or willingness to learn.
