Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic activities, including:

• Conducting both couple and individual therapy sessions, where you will employ evidence-based treatment methods to explore and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

• Assessing client needs and developing individualized treatment plans targeting issues such as grief, family dynamics, and personal crises.

• Facilitating discussions on sensitive topics, including blended family dynamics and communication challenges among family members.

• Providing ongoing support to clients experiencing life transitions, such as separation and divorce, and aiding their adjustment process.

• Engaging in consultations with colleagues and participating in supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Utilizing teletherapy platforms as necessary to ensure accessibility for all patients, particularly during times of increased demand for remote services.

Qualifications\n
