Overview The University Of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) invites applications for the Campus Visit Coordinator position within UNLV Enrollment Management, Campus Relations and Visitor Experience. The Campus Visit Coordinator plans, coordinates, and executes all aspects of the campus visit experience, including managing individual and group tours, hosting specialized visit programs, and coordinating outreach initiatives designed to attract and engage prospective students and their families. The coordinator recruits, trains, and supervises a team of student tour guides and front desk staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate information, and a welcoming atmosphere. They collaborate with academic colleges, student services, and community partners to design visit experiences that highlight the university’s programs, culture, resources, and commitment to student success. The role uses feedback and data to continually improve visit programs and contribute to access, inclusion, yield, and enrollment growth. The coordinator serves as the lead for the Glitter Squad, a student team focused on providing spirited support and hospitality at major admissions events. The coordinator oversees recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance to enhance the visitor experience through enthusiasm and personalized interactions. The position also partners with the Assistant Director of Events and Programs to plan and execute recruitment and yield events, including open houses and partner programs. The coordinator assists with call campaigns and outreach efforts to support Enrollment Management and encourage prospective students to take next steps in the admissions process. This position requires flexibility, including evening and weekend work to support Saturday tours, special visit programs, and events. All Academic Affairs positions contribute to the core mission to increase enrollment and promote equitable student success. Minimum Qualifications Minimum: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and 1 - 3 Years of Related Professional Experience . Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date. Required Experience 1 or more years of related professional experience or Master’s Degree. Accepted Equivalencies for Degree Requirement UNLV may consider additional relevant experience in place of formal education requirements: In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four additional years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree plus two additional years of relevant experience.
