Business Development Representative

The Job Center Staffing is hiring a high-performance Outside B2B Sales Hunter to drive net-new client acquisition in the Columbus market. This is a true field-based, revenue-producing role. It is not inside sales. It is not account management. This is for a producer who thrives on prospecting, building pipeline from scratch, and closing new business. You will focus on expanding market share across light industrial and workforce solutions, supported by a strong recruiting and operations team dedicated to fulfillment and service delivery. Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services preferred but not required.) Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and prospecting. Communication – Excellent communication and presentation skills. Negotiation – Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-Starter - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Motivated - Ability to work independently for long periods of time. Transportation - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
