Executive Assistant

A growing ABA services company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal administrative matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a wide range of responsibilities, and can serve as a reliable point of coordination between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, emails, and daily priorities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks related to both business and personal matters.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal staff, vendors, and external partners.
  • Track action items, follow up on tasks, and ensure important matters are completed on time.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative professional preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Location: Monsey, NY

Hours: Full-time/ flexible.

Salary: $30-35/hr.
