Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will maintain a diverse caseload and engage with couples, as well as conduct individual sessions for each partner. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans focused on the specific needs of the families you work with.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of issues including alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, job-related stress, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating open dialogue in family systems while providing interventions to enhance relationships, addressing conflicts and promoting healthy communication.
\n
• Tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to enrich treatment approaches and foster a holistic healing environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
