Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to assess clients’ mental health needs, including utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client assessments, ensuring tailored interventions that address specific concerns and aspirations.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver a cohesive and coordinated care experience for clients.

• Provide education and support for families to help them navigate the therapeutic process, enhancing their role in the client's recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele ranging from couples facing relationship challenges to families dealing with complex dynamics. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
