Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and providing therapeutic interventions to both couples and individual family members. Specific responsibilities include:

• Facilitating joint therapy sessions to address relational dynamics while also offering individual therapy as necessary.

• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address a range of issues, including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and challenges related to blended families.

• Developing customized treatment plans aimed at resolving issues such as communication difficulties and job stressors.
\n
• Tracking patient progress and adapting therapeutic techniques to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote integrated care approaches that benefit all aspects of health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on families and individuals experiencing various challenges, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related counseling field.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
